Yes, most of the time. Loose carpet, wrinkles, burns, pet damage, seams pulling apart, and holes can usually be repaired or re-stretched for a fraction of replacement cost.

Most jobs take 30-90 minutes depending on the size of job. If the job happens to be more complex or a bigger job we will always let you know if we think it will take longer. 

If you have extra carpet from your install we will use that but if not no worries! In most cases we are able to find a donor piece from a closet, under furniture, or an inconspicuous area that will allow us find a perfect match. We always will bring similar carpet to replace the spot where we pulled the donor piece from. 

If done correctly, no. We will use an identical donor piece of carpet to patch the repair. We will then match the pile direction and height to make sure it blends. Then we use seam tape and an induction iron to bind the patch together with your current carpet. Because of our specialized tools and methods in most cases you won’t be able to find the repair once it’s finished.

Almost always, yes. If the carpet isn’t worn through or rotten, re-stretching can add years of life for a small cost.

Yes! We will use furniture sliders to move couches or dressers if needed. Fragile items (TVs, packed china cabinets, etc.) may require clearing beforehand.

Yes. Chewed corners, torn seams, and scratched areas are very common and very fixable.
