Yes! Our VLM method cleans just as effectively as traditional hot water extraction. In fact we’re so confident in our process that you can see the results for yourself and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll fix it or you don’t pay a dime. In very rare cases, we may need to use hot water extraction on a specific area, but only if it’s absolutely necessary for that situation.

For most homes, we recommend cleaning every 3 months. With our VLM (Very Low Moisture) method, regular cleanings are easy and safe for your carpet. Unlike traditional hot water extraction, VLM is non-invasive, won’t damage your fibers or padding, and dries in under 90 minutes. Yes. We use professional products designed for residential use that are completely safe for kids and pets. 

Yes! It removes surface odors and most everyday smells. Severe urine damage that has soaked deep into the padding may require heavier treatment or a padding replacement. 

Yes if pet urine has soaked through the padding and compromised our ability to get rid of the smell we can replace the padding. Since this is a larger replacement job, additional fees will apply, but we’ll always provide a clear estimate before any work is done.

Nope we will take care of it. We will clean around furniture, and slide it out of traffic lanes to the wall if needed.
