These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by The Carpet Brothers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to these Terms.

The Carpet Brothers provides professional flooring-related services, including but not limited to:

• Carpet repair
• Carpet re-stretching
• Carpet cleaning
• Spot treatment
• Related flooring services

All services are provided based on the information available at the time of scheduling and the conditions observed during on-site assessment.

• Quotes are based on information provided by the customer and/or visual inspection.
• Final pricing may change if job conditions differ from what was originally described, including but not limited to hidden damage, additional labor, furniture not disclosed, or unforeseen conditions.
• Any pricing changes will be communicated and approved before work continues whenever possible.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking.
• Failure to remit payment may result in refusal of future services.

• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee to cover time and travel.

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

• Provide clear and safe access to work areas
• Secure pets during service
• Remove fragile, valuable, or personal items from the work area
• Disclose known issues such as water damage, pet damage, mold, previous repairs, or structural concerns

The Carpet Brothers is not responsible for delays or reduced quality caused by unsafe, restricted, or undisclosed conditions.

Carpet repair and cleaning services can significantly improve appearance and performance; however, results are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors including:

• Carpet age and condition
• Existing wear or damage
• Sun fading or discoloration
• Fiber type or manufacturer limitations
• Previous repairs or improper installation

By booking service, you acknowledge that some imperfections may remain after professional service.

The Carpet Brothers will take reasonable care while performing services. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects
• Damage resulting from improper installation not performed by us

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We may communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, billing, and customer support by phone or email.

Text message communications are only sent to customers who have explicitly opted in. Message frequency and opt-out instructions are governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Carpet Brothers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
